Bio

Brittany Scurto is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, as well as integrative medicine. She earned her master’s degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2006. Before focusing on dermatology in 2015, Brittany practiced across pediatrics, women’s health, surgery, and urgent care. Her passion is treating the whole person—partnering with patients to understand their conditions and improve overall well-being—so they feel healthy on the inside and confident on the outside.

A dedicated educator, Brittany regularly teaches on clinical topics, speaks at virtual and in-person events, and serves as a preceptor for pre-PA, PA, and medical students. She founded and created the Skintegrative Series, a resource for both providers and patients. She currently serves as Medical Language Chair and Integrative Medicine Co-Chair for Diversity in Dermatology. Fluent in conversational and medical Spanish, she has used her language skills in patient care, medical work abroad, document translation, and teaching medical Spanish to colleagues.

Outside the clinic, Brittany is the lead singer in a local band, enjoys time with her children, friends, and family, donates to nonprofit causes, and loves to travel.
