Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 30 days prior

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

Within 30 days of the event

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once this period begins.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event with the substitute attendee’s details.

Event cancellation by organizers

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
