How do I get the group rate?

Use the WELLDERM booking link above, or call reservations at 800-225-3110 and mention the WELLDERM 2026 room block. The $299 rate applies to standard run-of-house rooms and requires a one-night deposit at booking.

When is the booking cutoff?

The group rate is available through October 2, 2026 (21 days before the conference), or until the block sells out — whichever comes first. Reserve early.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. The Guest Services team can store luggage for early arrivals.

What is the cancellation policy for my room?

Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Is there a resort fee?

Yes — a discounted $20/night resort fee (a $50 value) is added to each room and covers Wi-Fi, parking for one vehicle, bottled water on arrival, and use of the beach, pools, and fitness center. Massachusetts lodging tax (currently 14.45%) also applies.
